Welcome to the Breakthrough T1D Fort Worth Gala: Give T1D the Boot Registration Page! The Gala will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Fort Worth Zoo at 6:00PM in the Reserve. Complimentary valet will be provided.

How to RSVP

Please fill out the form below to reserve your spot and get ready for a fun night at the gala! Your registration ensures that you and your guests get through Registration quickly, PLUS you’ll get exclusive access to the online silent auction.

Quick Tips Before You Register

· Each guest needs their own email and phone number – no sharing, please!

· If you're not sure who’s coming, that’s totally okay! Just wait until you have the full list before registering.

· Check the box at the bottom of the page to enter your credit card information. This will also make registration go smoothly and will be needed if you are bidding on auction items before the gala. All info is encrypted for security – we take your privacy seriously. - Please note, If you are submitting an RSVP on behalf of a guest, you do not need to provide credit card information. The guest will have the opportunity to register their own credit card during event check-in.
